The following Order of His Excellency the Administrator on Memo. of 28th September 1881 from the Acting Auditor General is circulated to the Inspector of Schools for his information and guidance.

The Central School has been put under the Inspectorship of Dr. Cited by the Secretary of State, and as such I think he would supervise the expenditure. The Head Master of the Central School and of the Normal School can sign the vouchers, but they should be forwarded to the Audit Office by the Inspector of Schools who will initial them.
